PROGRAMS FOR ALL LEVELS
Beginner to Elite
Here at CrossFit Frederick group classes is where its at! Staying in line with CrossFit methodology, our programming is constantly varied, while including functional movements, all while being performed at high intensity. Strength with a focus on Olympic Weightlifting is also a big part of our programming. If you have specific needs and/or goals, we’ve got you covered with our one-on-one personal training. Need help in the weight management / nutrition area? Our InBody Scan and nutritional guidance packages are right up your alley!
Group Classes
During our 50-60 minute classes, we will complete the workout of the day (WOD), led by one our highly experienced coaches. Class sizes vary between 10-20 people on average. During class, athletes of all fitness levels are accommodated.Coaches are able to modify and scale workouts dependent on injury and experience. You’ll find a supportive atmosphere of like-minded individuals, with an electric energy to fuel your workout! Classes include a mix of cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics.
Nutritional Guidance
We have an InBody Scanner at CFF which allows us to determine any individual’s body composition. By using this data, our in-house nutrition coach tailors nutritional targets to meet varying needs; from weight/body fat loss to improved performance or a gain in muscle mass. Ditch the diet fads and learn about how to adopt a maintainable, healthy lifestyle!

Personal Training
Looking for a more individualized experience? Personal training is appropriate for any athlete with a specific goal better addressed in a one-on-one setting. Sessions offered range from 30-60 minutes.
Intro to CrossFit
For those brand new to CrossFit, this 4-week long course serves as an introductory model to better prepare beginners to enter the class setting. Intro classes meet twice a week for three weeks to cover the foundational lifts and movements, and how to perform each safely and efficiently. During the 4th week, enjoy 2 free classes as part of your purchase. Ask a coach about when our next intro course will be running!
