PROGRAMS
WOD – GROUP TRAINING

CrossFit Daily WOD (Workout Of the Day) Consists of a 1 hour workout including strength, skill and metabolic conditioning (MetCon). Each workout can be modified/scaled for individual athletes and experiences.
Intro to CrossFit

4 weeks of small group instruction
CrossFit terminology, lingo
Learn correct movement patterns
Each class will end with a WOD (Workout of the Day)
2 small group instruction classes per week
Option to drop in for an additional Saturday or Sunday morning class
$99 for the 4-weeks
Tuesday & Thursday, 5:45 – 6:30
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

USAW Olympic weightlifting training for those looking to focus on the sport of weightlifting, as well as those athletes just needing extra guidance with technique and form to improve the snatch and clean & jerk.
OPEN GYM

Open Gym is offered daily, during regular gym hours.
30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING

30 Minute Personal Training for those individuals wanting more one-on-one training to reach their goals.
