Fitness: is one of the foundations for CrossFit Frederick! CFF offers expert programming with options supporting diverse fitness levels. Our programming will guide beginners to advanced athletes in reaching their fitness goals.
Based on your goals and ability levels, below are the three tailored options for our daily WODS.
- Fitness – For beginners and those who normally scale WODs. This option focuses on body composition and basic movement mastery.
- Performance – For athlete’s familiar with CrossFit, performing most movements on the intermediate to RX level. This option focuses on increased output, movement variance and body composition.
- Sport – For advanced athlete’s already competing locally &/or regionally at the RX+ level. This option focuses on athlete advancement and competition.
Community: is what grounds us here at CrossFit Frederick. We are here to encourage, cheer on and push each other every day through every workout! Our community is family and we treat each other just that way!
Fun: Leave your Ego at the door. We are all here to make improvements, meet new friends and support each other during our fitness journey!
Coaching: Our Coaching is one-of-kind and top-of-the-line! CFF coaches use their knowledge and skills to support each athlete wherever they’re at in their fitness journey. Our team works with each member to improve their functional fitness so they can live a healthier life not only inside of the gym, but outside as well! As well as improving our members, our coaches take pride in improving themselves by participating in weekly WODs and continuing education!
